Dannielynn's guardian get's custody over ANS body

On Thursday, Florida Circuit Court Judge Larry Seidlin ruled that Richard Milstein, the court-appointed guardian of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn, will get custody of Anna's body. Seidlin also stated that he'd like for Smith to be burried in the Bahama's next to her son Daniel.

Recap on Britney Spears

I'm sure you've all heard by now that Britney Spears shaved her head and got two tattoos on Friday night. What you may not have heard is that previously, Spears had admitted herself into a rehab facility on February 15th, only to check out the next day. Following her shaving incidient, Brintney was spotted at a nearby hotel, wearing a blue wig and trying to shave her legs in the pool. The weirdness didn't stop there. After another night of partying, Britney admited herself to another rehab center called Promises, located in Malibu, CA, on February 20th. Yet again, this rehab stint didn't last long and Spears was back out on the 21st. Also bad news for Britney, her ex-husband Kevin Federline has filed for an emergency court hearing on Thursday, February 22nd. One can only imagine he is there to file for emergency custody of their two boys, 17-month-old Sean Preston and 5-month-old Jayden James.

We can only hope that Britney pulls herself together for kids sake.

2nd Lawsuit filed against Brandy

R&B singer Brandy is being slapped with another lawsuit against her after she was involved in a firey December 30th crash which killed 38 year old Awatef Aboudihaj. On January 30th, a lawsuit was filed on behalf of Aboudihaj's parents in the amount of $50 million dollars against Brandy for driving recklessly. Then on February 8th, Paul N. Philips filed a lawsuit on behalf of Aboudihaj's two sons Mrwan and Kareem Mohamed because unspecified injuries will likely cause permant disability.

"Desperate" star gives birth to twin girls

"Desperate Housewives" star Marcia Cross gave birth to twin girls, Eden and Savannah on Tuesday February 20th. Mother and babies are doing well, according to Cross' rep, Heidi Slan. The girls are the first children for actress Cross, 44, and husband Tom Mahoney, 49. They were married in June of 2006.
