The family of a woman whom died two years ago is suing Michael Jackson. Manuela Gomez Ruiz is said to have been moved out of her hospital room when Michael Jackson checked in with flu like symptoms. After being from her room, 73-year-old Ruiz suffered a second heart attack which killed her.
